STrength and Agility Camp

Zac Mishler, hitting and infield coach at Des Moines Area Community College will be running a speed and agility camp. Zac has been attending agility sessions since he was 12 years old in his home town of Shipshewana Indiana. His goal is to make those that attend the camp more explosive, more flexible and more well rounded as an athlete regardless of what sport you play! He will incorporate speed ladders, hurdles, boxes, and much more. Zac has also ran speed and agility for his college athletes at NCAA DII Alderson Broaddus University for the past 7 years. He continues some of this training now as an assistant at DMACC. 

Come get more explosive and more athletic in our 6 session speed and agility camp! Just $60 for 6 sessions, this is only $10 per session! Ages 9+

Camp dates are 12/4 6pm, 12/8 12pm, 12/11 6pm, 12/15 12pm, 12/18 6pm, and 12/22 12pm. Class sizes are limited to 16 participants. If there is demand for a second group, additional times will be added. Registration will close 12/1/24.
